Yes lads, its happening. Feudal Japan is back on board (no pun intention)
Last year we had Ōoku now we are back with a new Medical period drama
>As a result of a strange encounter with a mysterious carcinogenic fetus he found inside a patient's skull, brain surgeon Minakata Jin has slipped back through time. Equipped with modern medical knowledge, he faces various fatal diseases and injuries. I read through to the end and it mostly just made me think about how it's a product of its time. In the 2000s, when it was being written, "and then John went back to his original world, OF COURSE" was the given, why-would-you-consider-anything-else ending. It wasn't until like 2015 that authors started realizing that people liked the fantasy setting (ie. the thing that drew the readers in) so much the characters didn't need to return. We were lucky to even get what we got. I liked the manga a lot though. Based Senkichi.
>>288596424 I dunno, it was kind of a weird ending to my mind, i'll remember how so when we get there.

>>288590885 The British Thoracic Society states: >A traditional treatment for hyperventilation was to ask the participant to rebreathe from a paper bag to allow the carbon dioxide level in the blood to normalise. However, it has been shown that this practice can cause hypoxaemia with potentially fatal consequences. >Rebreathing from a paper bag can be dangerous and is NOT advised as a treatment for hyperventilation.

>>288596424 He technically stayed in the past and returned to the present world at the same time, while also ending the story with a convoluted harem ending, it made it seems like the author couldn't decide on a concrete ending and just double dipped on the two story routes.
>>288597512 I will say that it has happened to me before and the paper bag thing actually worked. Your mileage may vary, I guess.

>>288596424 My headcannon is that after returning to his timeline, Jin died of old age then when he opened his eyes again he's transported back to the past, to the night he left and lived out the rest of his life with Saki
>>288596424 >>288597911 I don't understand why people are so confused about the ending. When we get there we can talk about how NOBODY actually read it
>>288589439(OP) A complete nurse Manga series if you want more series about this topics, we still have a bunch of series untranslated so is nice finding something completed
