I honestly think most people get stuff because of networking. I grew up in an envoirment full of people I couldn't relate to so I became antisocial. I never developed a network which is why I'm such a failure in life. No job, never had a money, kicked out of the house and living in a shared room with immigrants here in Portugal. Been going to the gym tho and I feel like applying as a hostel recepcionist as it feels like something I can do. What do you guys think?
