they've already started making posts about something with dtcc going "live" in 2028.
in quotes of course because in the crypto space, words don't carry the same meaning as they do in other industries

for example, being "partnered" with someone in crypto means you know who they are, or you were a customer of someone. ie if a crypto team orders a desk off amazon, that's considered a partnership because they have a prime account or something


for the clarity act, i would bet against it passing, as i've been consistently predicting. the time is running out to get a deal done, and the focus of congress will be shifting over to midterm elections very soon. additionally trump pisses so many people off that the opposition will vote against anything he wants even if the issue at hand is something they would normally reason on.

so they will most likely table the bill for next year, at which point it could be watered down due to democrats taking over congress and therefore you also have the risk it doesn't get passed at all. but that's good for chainlink as it gives them 4 more years to hold the carrot out for new useful idiots
