I think attached is the AP I was thinking of (Romantic Scalloped JSK), but yeah that JSK definitely hits a lot of the same notes as early 2010s AP florals.
Not so much a coord but I love the kind of overdress style that can be found in this type of jsk, but I almost never see the overdress as an individual piece that can be paired with separate skirts and blouses. I will probably end up making one (or two) because I feel like they would be such an effective item to pair with the rest of my EGL wardrobe, plus I can add all the details I want to. Still, I think it's kind of weird that it doesn't exist as an item - most jsks on the market are full pieces that don't need pairing except for undergarments and blouses.
