Basically the company Shindoh is working for is developing shota sexbots, and he's tasked with doing continuous "tests" on the prototype (Toshio) and teaching him how to behave like a good roboslut. Shindoh originally refuses because he isn't into boys, and even though he ultimately has sex with Toshio he prefers to teach him non-sexual things (like being able to talk, read and write), making Toshio grow incredibly attached to Shindoh while Shindoh develops a different, more paternal, kind of feelings for Toshio.

It's eventually revealed that Toshio is a real boy that was taken from the streets, had his mind wiped out and parts of his body replaced with robotic parts, which is why he needs to be taught about everything like a baby. The company also planned to discard him once the tests were completed, but Shindoh manages to convince the president (his father) to give Toshio to him, where he keeps him as a son.

I found a new manga on Mangaplus called Twilight Blade that it's about a pro exorcist that adopts a cute boy who unintentionally attracts monsters and lost his family and home to one of them.

I'm not sure if a young shota with an older brother counts for this thread, but HAL Formula, a new manga with a shota co-protagonist, is starting tomorrow in WSJ (and Mangaplus).
According to a leaker this is the premise of the story:

>Haruka Suzukaze: 4 years old, Miharu little brother, big fan of F1 and his brother
>Both live together, Haruka keeps in the kindergarten school with other kids while Miharu races, there's a lot of emotional and cute moments between both brothers due to the struggle of Miharu being a "bad" racer and not wanting to make his lil bro sad and worried, but Haruka isn't annoying or anything, he's a pretty cute kid that is always motivating Miharu.
