Protip: Don't get a "big" property that's sloped. You think you'll just grow fruit trees. You think you'll eventually get around to terracing it. You think you'll build a deck that'll make up for it. You won't. Get something 10 times smaller at 3 times the price per square foot/meter but flat. Trust me. That Land is cheap for a reason.
