You want to use a padlock on a plastic tub? Those tubs can be cut apart with a decent pair of scissors. What is a padlock going to protect? Shit, you could just grab the padlock and rip it right though the plastic if you wanted to.

To actually lock up you need a jobox or one of its ripoffs. Those plastic totes tear themselves apart even if they just have heavy stuff inside.
