went to the gym yesterday morning, managed to stay underneath my 1.5lb/w calorie goal yesterday and today, and im doing my best to not talk myself out of going to the gym tomorrow morning too
i want this time to finally be the real turnaround in my life
maybe a dumb question but how are you supposed to count calories for oil used in cooking? like if i were to measure out the olive oil i put in the pan to fry a chicken breast in, a fair amount of that will be left behind in the pan rather than consumed by me. does everyone just log the full amount and accept that it's an overestimate or is there a more clever way to do this?
