Might run on eliptical today, tomorrow calisthenics, jog a mile, then mow and weed eat. Dont know if my chores count as light cardio but i will sweat A LOT. This time of year gatoraide wont cut it and i gotta drink liquid iv without being able to eat enough food to replinish electrolytes fast enough

Incline treadmill walking or jump roping. Also like sports (pick up basketball is goated cardio, might join a softball rec league to mog the middle aged players and work on being social again)

Went on a hike in the rainy woods this am and rode a bmx around my house.
