anyone got chinked recently? i am trying to find a differrent pillow for my neck pain while sleeping and decided to get this sobakawa buckwheat pillow, looked it up on amazon reviews said some came with insects, so i said fuck it aliexpress cant be worst and there were many positive reviews from korean flags, it came filled with these little microscopic insects kek, i got a partial refund, i kept the filling on a bag and checked today, these little bastards reproduced and are little bit bigger, at least the cover is nice lmao.

No need to throw away the pillow. You can take the buckwheat husks out of the pillow, put them in a transparent bag, seal it, and put it out in the sun. After an hour you can just sift it with a sieve and get rid of their remains. Should be as good as new.

Not that anon, but back in the 80s? 90s? there used to be a shitload of infomercials about buckwheat pillows. It's been a thing for a long time.

Most people here use polyfill pillows, though I prefer down myself.
Have to replace them every few years, but that's kind of how it is with all pillows.

I assume the one in your pic is usb-c? My laptop charger rips with the one I have.
It has a builtin accelerometer, to sense when you lay it down. Dials down the temp to a holding temp. But by the time I pick it back up and have it positioned, it's back to the set temp.

What's intriguing is that it can take 3 diff style cartridges! Apparently it heats up really fast (provided you have a good charger or a battery) and can definitely solder XT30/XT60 connectors. (Many irons of this size (and those that use C210) can't do that).

I got the TS100, it can only be powered by the dc5525 jack and I'm yet to find a 60w power supply that has flexible enough cable that won't get in the way. I was looking into getting the TS101, but I might get this Christmas tree toy pen.

Pillows won't fix you neck pain btw. You dont need a pillow at all, just take a small towel, fold it lengthwise 3-4 times so its about 2-3cm high and use that as a headrest. Been doing that for years.
