I think nordic region would form its own separate religious area from.
It would be amalgamation of norse, uralic, baltic and slavic.
Norse, finnic and hungarians appear to have shared similar myth or belief that world tree has one bird on top of it and its counterpart in the underworld.

But the answer is obviously that it would look like world empires constantly rising and falling and taking over again and again as technology progresses. It wouldn’t have been like world war 1 and 2. You would have gotten world empires taking over. More like return to Wolfenstein games where they depict a nazi germany world empire. Stuff like that would keep happening. But the problem is nobody would ever hold onto it, without an anchoring truth from God. Because nobody would be worthy of having a pure heart or a good conscience. So Jesus Christ never existed to die for anyone. So the earth and humanity would just rise and fall and no leader would ever be worthy to hold that together once conquered. Most people would die before their 30s still and live very short lives for war. People think technology changed this and caused the anchor. But I would say no. It is literally Jesus Christ that allowed us to cause sanctification of sovereign nations leading to people able to have long lives and nations that endure and even have diplomacy that lasts with peace. It would be a lot more lik planetside 2 with different empires fighting all of the time for dominance.

Trump and America as a Christian nation wouldn’t exist, but let’s for sake of argument that he does magically in this world. He would just not become president because someone like obama would just stay in power and make his own democrat black people empire America as revenge for slavery and wage a war across the globe to reduce white population. But since the timeline would have actually happened differently, this too wouldn’t be happening. You’d have to follow a very bland and soulless timeline without Jesus Christ. And even then, it wouldn’t mean someone else would take his place as the Savior. There jut wouldn’t be any hope for humanity to save them from hell.
