How does this disprove God or intelligent design? The Bible never says that we are perfectly built, only that God made us and "saw that it was good" and that "He made us upright" which is pretty much true, although "upright" refers to spiritual wholeness rather than physicality. Personally I would define the human body as "good enough" considering we seem to be built to stand upright and support a larger brain capable of learning and understanding complex or abstract ideas unlike any other creature.

Why not? Our bodies and even our individual body parts are made for a specific purpose, to the point that if you changed even a small piece it could all fall apart. Why do you believe having flaws built into a design means a lack of intelligence? A lot of the things humans have built and continue to build or create have flaws and yet you wouldn't say something like a Jet Engine or an MRI machine or a beautiful painting are "unintelligent".
