Even before TSMC Taiwan mogged China economically. Also Taiwan doesn't have Dutch disease at all. Dutch Disease is caused from 1 exploding market causing the currency to explode in value. However Taiwan's currency hasn't increased in price and in fact it is still extremely cheap on the dollar.

It doesn't matter. Russia gave China far more than the US ever gave Taiwan and then after Russia the UN gave far more to China as well and so too did Japan. China is a welfare state. Even today they receive aid from the UN.
