As I said, one has valid gripes based upon personal experience and has only represented himself. Robert was rightfully kicked out and pretends to be veterans, the son of veterans, foreign soldiers, or really just anything that he thinks will give his sour grapes bullshit any gravitas. Robert HATES the fact that he can't speak from personal experience because he fucked himself out of becoming a soldier, and talking people out of serving is a lot harder when it turns out the person trying to convince you not to join actually tried and hilariously failed.

92G doesn't take such an extreme position either. He acknowledged that there are smart ways to serve and get maximize the time in service, but he was unable to do so himself due to shitty decisions and shitty leadership. He doesn't show up much anymore because he, unlike Robert, is putting it behind him and growing as a human. Robert is perpetually stuck where he was the year he was kicked out, which has become much sadder now that he is deep in his 30's.
