It's called the "Skif" and is being made by UkrArmoTech. It's quite literally a descendant of the M113 and was going through factory trials back in April so I'm not sure where it stands as of right now. Technically the older BMP-2 does have anti aircraft capability on paper so it could in theory fight drones.

However the sight is a old school 1980's sight with no intergrated thermal sight, no laser rangefinder, no ballistics computer so no ability to lock on and autotrack, no automatic lead etc so it is gona have a rough time to even shoot down a drone if they even spot it. The sight is good enough if you have to defend yourself against attack helicopters and low flying aircraft that are using guns or dumb rockets. It will underperform against FPV drones.

Though I don't know how many of those survived the post soviet era with regards to the international drawdown that had Russia scrap thousands of soviet made vehicles along with exports to Africa and the Middle East and just having the hulls rotting out in the open air in Siberia and the far east
