I think the 35 years has something to do with Austin shoving him, in Texas they typically take stuff like that really seriously, it still doesn't feel like enough though. I agree Karmelo could have shoved Austin back and it would have been justified, but pulling out a blade and stabbing him does not equal the force that was perpetrated towards him.

Also Karmelo refusing to give his testimony probably had something to do with it too. If he had told his account of the story to the jury he could have maybe painted a better picture of his "defence".

My guess would be the obsessed poster is trying to force a full body/face dick picture from bucko to use against him as blackmail.
