Any artist who can actually paint will see the differences between the two. The guy who drew the first image understands form, anatomy, light, color, tonal values, and even his simple sketches will look accordingly. The second guy just tries to imitate all of that and just fails. I'd speculate that he drew it while streaming.

Everyone starts out in art with a coloring book. What these artists need to do is collaborate. I've watched a ton of art streams. There are a ton of artists who enjoy rendering and then hate texturing and shadowing. You can have specialization but make sure you have someone skilled do what you don't enjoy or aren't good at. But by all means please do not use AI to render. You're not gonna beat an AI at the texture and shading game. So all your stuff is just going to look like AI that's been down detailed.
