No matter what car you're in, if you try to flick it and mash the throttle, stability control will not allow that and will make you understeer right into what you were trying to avoid.
It helps with people who don't know how to drive, where it slows them down if they take corners too quickly before they can spin out. But if you know how cars drive and do it instinctively, but there's stability control on, you're boned. It happens in milliseconds.
