In every single third world shithole I've been to (Greece, Brazil, Turkey, China, Morocco, Egypt South Africa and India) the nature is filled to the brim with plastic and "people" can't even comprehend why it's bad to destroy nature. A license in my state is $25. A fishing license is $5. Fishing is better for bulk harvesting if it really is a sustenance issue.

Not where I live. The map is public. Some places are open year round for everything. Some places are leased private for turkey season specifically for example.
