As a chill developed between the two, Kiana lost in the first round of last week’s SmackDown “Queen of the Ring” tournament, affected by her falling-out with Giulia. After the match, things developed into a brawl, and the pair split apart.

>On SmackDown on the 12th, Japan time the 13th, in Providence, Rhode Island, Kiana was interviewed backstage by Cathy Kelley and criticized Giulia, saying she had been “betrayed.” She claimed that she had devoted her life to Giulia, her client and friend, arranged her matches, and guided her to a championship, but that when she asked for help just once, Giulia was of no use at all.

>Giulia appeared and confronted Kiana. “I only needed you for English related to contracts. I wasn’t asking you for help in my matches,” she said flatly. Because her English was weaker, she had sought Kiana’s support strictly as an agent, not as a tag partner. When Kiana fired back, “Because I stood out more than you,” Giulia responded, “Thanks to you, my English has improved too. So I’ll give you these words,” and then slapped Kiana across the left cheek with her right hand.

>After taking the slap that signaled their complete split, Kiana was sent flying. Giulia and Cathy immediately left the area, while Kiana was left with a furious expression. The atmosphere shifted all at once from breakup to grudge feud.
