Climate change is real and has an actual negative effect on our planet.
...HOWEVER, it's impact has been massively overrated by doomposting hippies and activists. It's always 2 more years before it's all irreversible, and I've seen the goalpost move so many times in my lifetime.

I though it's on purpose. Like change/chance.

>>16997213(OP) >Climate change is real If was real in my mind if id did happen. But the obvious evidence is its just a conspiracy theory to increase control of the population and to increase taxe revenue, but do not read about climate-gate and the trick to hide the declining global temperatures which caused the experts to change the phrase from global warming to climate change. The experts somehow claim they can predict a 0.5 degree increase in global temperatures 100 years in the future, but can not predict tomorrows weather with any precision or accuracy.

>>16997213(OP) You are not listening to the scientists then: https://www.ipcc.ch/
We have already crossed several tipping points. It's not that the goalposts are moving, it's that every time the temperature reaches a certain level we "buy in" to a new extreme down the line.
Think of it this way. To prevent X temperature from being reached (for example 3 degrees) we need to lower Y emissions (for example 380 PPM).
Whelp, we missed that goal. Well in order to meet X temperature from being reached (for example 3.5 degrees) we need to lower Y emissions (for example 400 PPM).
You are not seeing the moving of goalposts from any credible scientist.
