You're not real. Something "real" is something publicly listed, it's pertaining to the public affair. "Real estate" is literal land but it's only a piece of an estate which is all your property that is kept hidden from the public.
"Real" comes from Latin res, rei. "Res nova" meant "a new affair" which could be anything from a big scandal to a change in government.
But you're right in that as a concept consciousness is technically unfalsifiable and you could be some clever machine with no actual light inside of you, unlike the humans surrounding you that believe in consciousness and other things you wouldn't consider real. Technically "God" isn't real since he cannot be summoned to a court, or that's the general assumption.

"Falsifiable" at least has a dignity to it along with its strict criteria.

Take some drugs and alter your brain; you are still there as normal. It just changes the angle.
