If you are talk then a flat well placed serve could be your think. If you have good spin then a serve with a lot of spin it is.

Two ways to fix this in my experience. One is a technical serve and the other is a game you can practice to help simulate pressure points.

>Practice Game
>Take balls out to a court to do serves. Every time you make a first serve, give yourself a point (i.e., start on deuce court and make a first serve it's 15-0. Change to ad court, make another first serve it's 30-0, etc.) If you miss your first, take a second serve. If you get it, spin your racket or flip a coin (I recommend a coin) and call it. Win it, give yourself a point. Lose it, you lose the point. Double fault means you lose the point obv. See how many games you can hold serve in a 10 game practice session. Aim for 8/10 or better.

Also side note if you're mucking up the first serve a lot and getting jittery on the second, it may help to boost your first serve percentage a bit first, typically by remembering that a first serve is just "hard for the opponent", not necessarily "a big hard serve". Often when I get in matches and I'm spraying my big flat serve in warm up, I'll try to go to a slice and see during the first two service games how my opponent handles it. If they can't get a handle on the serve, I won't bring the flat back out.
