Thank you American. I really do appreciate your nutrition advice.
06/15/26(Mon)12:54:37Without this break Germany wouldn't have won yesterday. It literally changed the game

your players eat brats at the half
06/15/26(Mon)12:57:59When i lived in the Dominican Republic I met a Haitian guy who believed using raw seawater diluted in bottled water was the ultimate hydration drink because the salt is more properly dissolved and sea water contains other important minerals. He told me one day he gave a soccer team this drink at half time during a particularly hot day, and in the second half they ran like raped apes and never got tired. He said that sugary sports drinks are essentially bottled cancer and don't actually do anything helpful for your body. One day he took me out to harvest sea water in large blue water jugs. We had to swim out until the sea floor dropped away from view and dive below the surface to get the "best" water off the northern coast of DR. I didn't have any flippers on and hauling that jug back to the shoreline against the current and riptide almost killed me. He was a good friend.

>read a post making fun of zoomies for drinking water like fish
>response is that the person is probably chronically dehydrated
>look it up since I remember the 2L per day was a myth
>you're supposed drink half your body weight (in lbs) in oz (e.g. 100oz for 200lb)
wtf bros that's like 3L of water, I can't keep up with that

06/15/26(Mon)13:02:39the only practical use for powerade or gatorade is dumping half of it out and filling the empty half up with vodka, then drinking it while at work, driving, or at other alcohol-free venues
06/15/26(Mon)13:08:33>destroys all sodacels with one word
Pissi could never do something this based
06/15/26(Mon)13:09:38My favorite part of the new hydration breaks is that each time it happens I loudly announce to the room "Well, I guess I have to get a drink then, I didnt want to but I have to" and then pour myself an alcoholic drink.
I intend to continue this throughout the tournament, even though it wasnt even funny the first time and even if they beg me to stop. I also have a drinking problem.
Thank you FIFA
06/15/26(Mon)13:16:44veggies and fruits are also an excellent source of hydratation!

Unironically way better than Gatorade. Had that sugary shit once while in America and had to throw it away again

You should be ok provided you take the upmost care. Consider drinking 2 gallons of Baja Blast MINIMUM prior to the start of the match.
