You think this is an insidious plot of JP Morgan deliberately fucking Paizo because of their Hasbro shares and that's because you have no fucking perspective at all.

Paizo are incredibly small fish. Fish that aren't really worth something like JP Morgan's time to fuck with. Especially since they're competing with, what, Dungeons and Dragons? Something that is effectively a vanity project for WoTC? D&D isn't a big part of Hasbro's earnings, and fucking with their smallfry competitors doesn't matter.

JPMorgan is concerned about getting their money out of Diamond. Which means that they're doing whatever they can to make sure that every cent that they are legally allowed to extract out of Diamond, they do.

Hell, JPMorgan aren't even the ones enforcing the exclusivity contract. All they've done is put a lien on everything in Diamond's warehouse - which includes Paizo's books but also contains a bunch of other shit. Hell, depending on how some stuff was handled when WotC swapped distributors, there might even be some old wotc product stuck in Diamond's warehouses as well.

The people enforcing the exclusivity, and tying up the Paizo product, is in fact Diamond themselves. Who are, correctly, trying to grasp at every straw of value that they have. Everyone who jumps ship right now is another source of revenue gone, and another means to repay their creditors lost.

You're inventing a nefarious conspiracy when really, it's a largely indifferent creditor trying to get money out of an incompetent distribution company that's fucking over a publisher.
