>>98208807 The best card art he ever got. His planeswalker versions all have a flat and wide gremlin face that make him look more like a mutant chimpanzee than anything.

Thirty (30) starting life is objectively superior to fourty (40)

>>98208706 >>98208724 I think we might also get Star Trek comic book covers for the bonus sheet like they did with TMNT.

>>98208831 TMNT and Marvel got comic book covers because they started out as comics. Star Trek may have comics, but most people don't even know they exist.
>>98209006 Whoa neat way to cheat stuff ou-- >only as a sorcery Okay I mean that's fair still not too ba-- >only once per turn The two worst ways Wizards has ruined cards on the same ability. Amazing. I wish I could hate them to death

>>98209027 It's just an alternate means to summon creatures. I'm less annoyed by the sorcery speed and more that it's not tied to set mechanics like "committing a crime." Or that the summoning doesn't work like plot.
I've made a deck but the commander is basically just there to show up once and use an ETB. Not terrible to do it multiple times but not needed. I'm just so sick of people constantly killing my commanders. It's like if you dare try to have a strong commander every removal spell is held specifically to fuck you.
Do you like goblins or is your soul withered and stinky?

>>98209377 If they're alliteratative but non-sonic, I'm fine with it. He has to do the voice, though.

>>98209307 That's why you build a theme, not around your commander. If you play winota and the table lets you trigger her a single time, the game is usually over, unfortunately we have a lot of commanders like that nowadays, you know, the removal check gameplay? I have 2 combo decks that win the turn the commander is down(kinnan and abdel) and other 2 decks where the commander is just a piece of a midrange plan (araumi and hearthhull).
>>98209494 Chulane, Teller of Tales is pretty much a "good enough" for any bant tribal.

My "Back in my day" secret lair arrived and these are genuinely some of the worst foils I've ever seen. The foil effect can be seen from exactly one angle and as soon as you're more than 10 degrees off it no longer looks like a foil card. If it weren't for the shooting star you literally couldn't tell that they are foil cards when looking at them from most angles.
