What they’re saying is that low level support employee saying over the phone they were aware of the consignment does not mean they actually were. They also don’t have the lego. It’s becoming increasingly clear that the original owner stole the lego. She was having it stored offsite and did not give BAM corporate access to this site after they repossessed the store. I do think corporate should have just paid them off at this point, but I think the actual thief was that original owner.

The family trying to get their legos back seem to be in good graces with the old owner, i don't think this is true. They also willingly turned over all video footage they had related. I've seen this theory pushed a lot the past few days. Some obvious bricks and minifig manipulation going on.

I read they locked the original franchise owner out of the store. Its Bricks and Minifigs corporate. I wouldn’t shop in Utah or Bricks and Minifigs. The police went after the YouTuber helping the victims. In other threads I said they need to contact their state representatives and the FBI due to the police issues, and because its a felony dollar amount. Its an insane story.

Then a judge said that was retarded, overturned the bail denial, and he was allowed out on bail
THEEEEEEEN there was an arrest warrant sent out on him, trying to claim he was a 'physical threat' to the CEOs, and once more, there's no bail if they take him in

It really reminds me of that one story of the dude getting imprisoned in russia, where they held him for a while, then let him out, and within like, 30 minutes of letting him out, the arrested him again on more made up charges to prolong his stay - it's a psychological thing, where they give you a little bit of hope, and then try to crush it.
