Yes anon I know, however I still need to do things like a down payment, insurance, etc. I am living overseas to help build and emergency fund + housing down payment where I want to do either full or 50% depending. I got my investments and retirement finally back on track and paid off all meaningful debt (I don't count my monthly paid off CC). I make about ~90k/yr and would like to sock away ~48k/yr minimum. Which is more or less doable as I split my paycheck into a chime account and brick style bank. 2k/mo to Chime and the rest in savings.
