My playthrough was mostly rapeless. Wasn't sure who to invade or not and still finished the game by destroying the fiend.
What happened was that at a certain point the fiend conquered every territory you hadn't yet and then tried to raid you, if you survive the game time skips to a point where it's just basically you versus the big bad.
Also the main girls that are with you are Suzume and Sill who are both pretty consensual. Sill is technically a slave but eh, she does like Rance and he sort of has hints of caring for her a bit even if he won't admit it like looking concerned for her when she gets locked in an ice crystal.
