I'm going to make a bold prediction that this game takes place the generation following the ten elites and the plot will be the characters fighting the original elites and we learn about the elites individually and their actual identities and motives. That will be why agarthan tech is still seemingly around, but we still have guys with crest blood and a few lingering nabateans hanging around
