someone should've just challenged Perturabo to win a campaign without a single casualty or else he's bitch made (spamming servitors violates the rules) he'd get duped into it and maybe stop being such a cunt when the dozen dead guy's names are engraved on a plaque at the site of the final battle

Squad unity broken once again, not working with allies right up your ass. CHP from banner doesn't appear even if it's on. I'm so sick of their incompetence.

>>2598061 That's why you always reroll Squad Unity and Split Up immediately.
Melee teammates also reroll Strike Out, Majoris explosion and spores/souls after Death.
Faggots don't understand friendly fire isn't really a handicap and most teams reroll that shit even though they don't have to.

Finally back to 1k Doritoes with everything bought. The game has never been more easy, with the heroic plasma gun just removing groups of majoris and making Carni/Helbrutes disappear in 10 seconds. I feel sorry for the melee players who genuinely have nothing to do.

I just got into the game last week or so, but I'm still a little confused about Block weapons. Namely, I've heard that they're bad, but I don't know exactly why they're bad. Most people just recommend Fencing weapons and don't elaborate further.
00
Anonymous06/15/26(Mon)12:54:55
>>2598397 Block weapons have a narrow activation period closer to the impact of an enemy's attack. The idea is to stack perfect blocks to 2 so that your next attack gets a stunning explosive effect. Fencing is generally preferred because of block's tighter requirements and lack of gunstrikes on perfect activation. Fencing is so much more generous in its reach, timing and gunstrike procs that it's hard to recommend most block weapons over their fencing equivalents. Notice how I said most, because weapons like the power axe can make a single block work to decent effect and two blocks work to massive effect with much, much better damage overall than the fencing equivalent and critically doesn't rely on gunstrikes to function. But in the case of something like a power sword or knife, the speed and other fencing properties make much more of a difference. That difference makes itself most obvious when getting swarmed by gaunts or multiple majoris variants at once all attacking you at different intervals. Fencing will likely catch all the attacks and reset the enemy group with a gunstrike, but block will likely miss most of the attacks and leave you in a much more vulnerable position.

>>2598357 If you prestige you have to reunlock everything, and if you're using any loadout but the first one you have to go in and manually select them >>2598375 I'm sitting at 375 but haven't been playing much because my priority as of late has been Umamusume >>2598397 >fencing Weaker melee damage in exchange for better parry window, gives gunstrikes on parry, generally attacks faster >block Smaller parry window in exchange for more melee damage and ability to get a melee damage buff on successful parries, generally attacks slower >balanced Smaller parry window, gives gunstrikes on parry, stats sit between a buffed block melee and fencing Block is if you prefer damage numbers go up, fencing is if you prefer shooting numbers go up but both are fine if you're competent

Is the heroic plasma pistol worth the accolades?
00
Anonymous06/15/26(Mon)13:20:57
>>2598408 >>2598411 I see. I guess lag plays a major part in why most recommend Fencing weapons. You say Block and Balanced have "smaller parrry windows". Are they the same length or is Block's noticeably smaller?

>>2598481 If you learn to parry on Balanced, you will have a tough time but be all the better for it. And if you ever want to play Heavy, well, you're going to need to be somewhat competent at using Balanced unless you only use the unique HBG, that one has Fencing.
