Mecharashi is a mecha-themed tactical turn-based game. You most likely only have one semi decent damage dealer and you'll have to hope you find a weapon for him. Like the other Anon said, it will get better as you keep leveling and advance your neurals. Don't be afraid to hit a lower level than you can (I don't clear the lvl 70 one, too much of a hassle for me at the moment so I just do the lvl 60 instead). I couldn't fully clear lvl 30 when I unlocked it for the first week, all I had were a bad Shinji and a mediocre Asuka, but it gets better later.
