This is gonna be a longshot, but does anyone remember one of those Riolu music video tribute videos from back in the day. It was made up of scenes from the Pokemon Ranger anime crossover. I don't think it had any deviantart clips in them just the anime. The song had lyrics like "gonna change" or something.
