In Famicom Detective Club 2 there's an incredibly insensitive "joke" they thankfully removed in the Switch remake. When investigating at the school there's a student who gives you some information on the murder. They're always standing far away but they have a pony tail and feminine way of talking so it appears (to the player) that it's a girl. Then at one point the protagonist finally says something like "by the way, why do you talk that way and look like that even though you're a boy?" And suddenly he comes close to you for the first time and it's a really ugly face and he says "what's it to you, excuse me for being an okama!"

>>12629920(OP) The FF7 remake proved you absolutely cannot make a game like the original where the protagonists are unrepentant terrorists. Kira from DS9 couldn't be done on a current day show for similar reasons.
>>12630092 Kek, you would have to be extremely sheltered to think this is offensive or anyone would be offended by this. It's a reference to Zulu and Swazi natives, nothing racist about it at all.
