Getting the 20,000 gold that early involves either exploiting the shit out of game mechanics with savescumming, straight-up cheating, or grinding the shit out of the Amn patrol for their armor and weapons to sell. You'd have to plunder entire districts and do at least one major quest to get that much money, and that's assuming you don't buy any equipment in a game where magic items are mandatory. You would also go into Ch3 underleveled, undergeared, and even if you manage to scratch and crawl your way through it the later part that is infested with vampires will put its entire foot up your ass so hard you'll choke on your own shit.
