Pillow had a membership stream where she went more in depth about her relationship with her mother. I found the link to the stream but it’s private now. The TLDR of it was that Pillow loves her mother because it’s still her mother after all, but she can’t forgive her for every situation she put her through. Reminder that her mother had a new guy every guy over every so often and that she’s a sexual deviant, imagine being a small child and hearing your mom get plowed by different guys every other week. Pillow frequently went hungry as a kid, she even gave an example about how her mother would run out of money and had to explain to Pillow that she could either let her use the money to get gas so she could go to work or she could buy just a little bit of food. Pillow also had a time period where she was unhoused and had to sleep in the car with her mom. I think it was implied but not directly stated that her mom also struggled a bit with PTSD. Pillow went through a lot because of her but her mom doesn’t really seem to give a damn about that and hasn’t her changed her ways really. She stated that her mom believes money is temporary so she’ll just buy whatever makes her happy now and struggle with her finances later. In 2024 and talked about how she’ll occasionally mention that her mom is buying shit for herself but then mention that she’s always broke. Not to mention that Pillow’s grandparents and Olive all fucking hate her mom as well. There’s a lot more but Pillow did say all she wanted from her was an apology. Again, Pillow loves her because that’s still her mom after all, but she can’t forgive her for fucking up her childhood so terribly
