Its so obvious that its a fish shop, i can smell the fish from the other side of the street!" says the customer. The owner thinks for the while and says "you know what your right." Then the owner takes the Fish part out of his sign and now what's left is... Nothing
If you haven't picked it up yet, when you mediate on your desires they tend dissipate; so the next time notice that lustful desires are starting to arise really mediate on it and why you have them to begin with.
